2 YEARS OLD ALREADY.




It's been sometime since I've updated my blog but that hasn't been because I haven't been cooking-quite the contrary-I been cooking loads.
Yesterday was my son Leo's 2nd birthday and with our Welsh heritage I decided to bake him a birthday cake in the shape of a Welsh rugby ball

    Lucky boy to get a home baked birthday cake in the shape of a Welsh Rugby cake!

    As a Welsh gal living in Scotland, I was wondering if you were willing to share some of your foodie technique secrets with a fellow Welshie. I have been wanting to make a simple cake but with the red dragon. So my question is how you got the Red Dragon to look so gorgeous on the cake?
